Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms

CineForge ("the Service") is operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME / ENTITY], based in [CITY, COUNTRY] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. The service

CineForge generates video, images, dialogue, music and related media from your inputs (scripts, prompts, product descriptions, photos and voice recordings) using third-party AI models. Output quality varies with the models selected and the inputs you provide; we do not guarantee any particular result.

3. Credits, plans and billing

Generation is paid for with credits (100 credits = 1 USD of face value). Credits are purchased as one-time packs or granted by subscription plans, and each generation shows its estimated credit cost before it runs.

Credits never expire, but they are consumed when generation runs — see the Refund Policy for what is and is not refundable. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period and you keep any credits already granted.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

4. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. Every plan includes a commercial license to use your outputs, including in paid work.

You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service: storing your inputs and outputs, and transmitting them to the AI providers that perform generation (see the Privacy Policy for the list).

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, and for how you use what you generate.

5. Personal avatars and biometric data

The avatar feature processes biometric identifiers: photos of a face and recordings of a voice. You may only create an avatar of YOURSELF, and only after giving explicit consent and passing the liveness verification. Creating an avatar or voice clone of another person without their documented consent is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

Every avatar render carries an AI-disclosure watermark. Attempting to remove or tamper with it is prohibited.

You can delete your avatar at any time; deletion purges the associated photos, voice samples and models from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, that impersonates a real person without consent, that constitutes fraud, harassment or targeted deception, or that violates the rights of others (including intellectual-property and publicity rights). Automated moderation reviews avatar prompts and scripts; violations may be blocked and logged.

You may not abuse the platform economically: circumventing rate limits, farming signup credits, or reselling access is prohibited.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unrepresentative or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. Model availability and per-generation pricing may change as upstream providers change.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; where reasonably possible we will warn you first. On termination, provisions on content licenses, disclaimers and liability survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
